Delete Your FinTrack AI Account

FinTrack AI lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this, depending on whether you still have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open FinTrack AI and log in
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete Forever

Your account and all data are deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you:
